In 2002/2003 we expanded our focus to include all sectors of businesses and we facilitated several training and development programmes in partnership with other consulting firms like Restral Consulting, Vic Lawrence and Associates (VLA), Leadership and Vision (L&V), Aba Ogunsola and Associates (AO&A), CEED of South Africa, EDS of Lagos Business School, International Trade Corporation (ITC) etc

The Aim:  BAS Associates recognizes that unemployed graduates and non graduates require special training to put them in a better position to secure job in a keen competitive environment that we are today. Most of the required skills needed on the job are not addressed in the curriculum in various high school of learning.

It is in this regards that BAS Associates Consulting Limited provides special training to develop and fit them into jobs.

The program is an Employability skills training to help support and give adequate coaching in preparing clients’ for work looking at areas like: 

  • Building Self Confidence level

  • Interview Skills

  • Telephone Skills

  • Basic IT / Administration

  • Individual Training Assessment

  • Writing Covering and Speculative Letters

  • Looking  at  barriers to work

  • Updating CVs

  • Work Placement with support from employers and employee

  • Self Employment coaching
